  • Own the people agenda across HR centers of excellence and align it with business priorities
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team in attracting and hiring qualified employees
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Coordinate and track performance review cycles
  • Advise leaders on performance and employee engagement matters
  • Assess trends in talent planning and performance management
  • Create plans to close capability and succession gaps
  • Provide initial support for employee relations concerns and escalate complex cases as needed
  • Strengthen company culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Supervise HR operations staff and ensure payroll is prepared accurately and on schedule
  • Maintain compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and documentation standards
  • Keep employee information accurate in the HRIS and support audit activities
  • Create, implement, and maintain HR programs, policies, procedures, and processes
  • Offer strategic guidance and HR counsel to employees and business leaders

Талаптар

  • Seven or more years of professional Human Resources experience
  • At least two years managing a team directly, preferably in recruitment or HR
  • Demonstrated talent acquisition experience plus expertise in at least one additional HR area, such as employee relations, learning and development, organizational development, HR business partnering, or HR operations
  • Experience spanning three or more HR disciplines is advantageous
  • Background in a rapidly growing company or startup is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Composure in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities and growth objectives
  • Practical leadership ability, strategic judgment, and strong advisory skills
  • Capability to create and introduce HR programs, policies, and processes
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and influencing abilities
  • High integrity and proven discretion when managing sensitive, confidential matters
  • Ability to interpret data and convert analysis into practical recommendations
