Senior Experience Partner - Government CX
Lead strategic customer relationships and government CX programs for Granicus’s GovTech platform. The role combines executive engagement, delivery oversight, customer success, and account growth.

- Build and manage strategic customer relationships
- Advise on government CX, public engagement, communications, consultation, and digital services
- Develop and present customer- and prospect-focused presentations and proposals
- Help delivery teams manage scope, schedules, execution, and acceptance
- Coach individual contributors through career planning, performance evaluation, professional development, and company growth
- Train internal teams in consultative solution development, sales, strategy, implementation, and related practices
- Connect customer programs with agency and mission objectives to improve CX outcomes
- Create and lead strategic program reviews for executive agency stakeholders
- Develop customer engagement and recognition initiatives
- Expand revenue through the existing customer portfolio and relationship base
- Generate customer demand for Granicus services and solutions
- Partner with leadership to develop new services informed by customer needs and insights
- Bring customer perspectives into company solutions and processes
- Represent Granicus as a public-sector thought leader in speaking engagements, panels, and internal or external events
- Support pre-sales alignment, experience definition, project kickoffs, customer check-ins, executive relationship development, and program ownership
- Manage customer relationships as the primary contact while maintaining operational compliance, protecting revenue, reducing churn, and creating upsell and cross-sell opportunities

- Bring 7–10 years of experience in digital services, including project scoping, delivery, quality assurance, and program growth
- Understanding of human-centered design practices and methods is preferred
- Ability to act as a trusted strategic adviser to senior government leaders
- Experience working with senior government executives and managing their expectations is a plus
- Demonstrated commercial judgment and a successful record of managing customer or project P&L
- Strong interest in public service, citizen engagement, service transformation, and communications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships across internal and external audiences, including C-suite leaders and customers
- Self-directed, adaptable problem solver who can manage routine responsibilities and respond quickly to change
- Ability to succeed in a lean, proactive, self-propelling environment
- Commitment to valuing diverse perspectives and considering different ideas
- Must be a U.S. military veteran and able to verify veteran status during hiring
