  • Place outbound calls to prospective patients or members using a power dialer or comparable calling technology.
  • Guide sales-focused conversations that encourage enrollment and participation in healthcare programs.
  • Explain program benefits, eligibility criteria, and enrollment procedures to prospects.
  • Assess prospect needs, respond to objections, and convert outreach into completed enrollments.
  • Record call results, prospect details, and enrollment progress accurately in the CRM.
  • Achieve or surpass individual and team enrollment goals, including incentive-linked targets.
  • Comply with regulations and internal requirements governing healthcare outreach and enrollment.
  • Work with team leads and account stakeholders to improve scripts and increase conversion performance.
  • Keep current on healthcare offerings, enrollment standards, and applicable industry regulations.
  • Adjust to changing program requirements, scripts, and workflows in a fast-moving environment.
  • Follow company policies and established procedures.
  • Achieve or exceed performance expectations for relevant KPIs.
  • Build knowledge of healthcare enrollment, sales methods, and industry practices through training and ongoing learning.
  • Coordinate with other departments when needed.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with customers and colleagues.

Талаптар

  • At least two years of experience in customer-facing support.
  • One to two years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or healthcare enrollment within an outsourced-services environment.
  • A strong sales orientation and the ability to lead persuasive, needs-based prospect conversations.
  • Comfort working in a results-focused environment driven by performance and incentives.
  • Experience using outbound dialers and CRM platforms for call tracking and enrollment records.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with prospective patients or members.
  • Knowledge of healthcare enrollment, eligibility requirements, or related program guidelines is preferred.
  • Adaptability to fast-changing workflows, scripts, and program requirements.
  • Ability to represent the client’s team professionally and align with client expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for addressing prospect questions, objections, and concerns.
  • Genesys power-dialer experience or knowledge is preferred.
