  • Deliver high-quality customer support through all applicable communication channels
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and develop appropriate solutions
  • Resolve customer questions clearly and aim for resolution during the first interaction
  • Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to close cases in line with service standards
  • Share practical feedback on tools, resources, processes, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience
  • Apply approved procedures consistently to deliver service that supports customer satisfaction
  • Develop lasting customer relationships and work to exceed expectations
  • Complete additional duties assigned by management within the employment category and contribute to the ongoing improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System

  • Diploma, Advanced or Higher Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s degree in any discipline
  • Around two years of relevant work experience is preferred, while fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong time management skills and a clear drive to exceed expectations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer information to customize responses and actions
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette
  • Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language used by the supported market
