  • Deliver high-quality customer support through all applicable communication channels.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve uncertainty and work toward first-contact resolution.
  • Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to close cases in line with service standards.
  • Share practical feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experiences.
  • Follow established procedures while delivering consistently satisfying service.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships through proactive and attentive engagement.
  • Complete additional management-assigned duties within the employment category and contribute to the implementation, upkeep, and continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

  • A diploma or higher qualification, including an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in any field.
  • Approximately two years of related experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong time-management ability and the drive to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette across pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation.
  • Confidence using computers and multiple systems, with the adaptability to learn new tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication, plus proficiency in the language of the supported market.
