Customer Service Representative – Onsite Philippines

  • Support customers through the communication channels relevant to their needs
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and provide clear, practical solutions
  • Resolve inquiries at first contact where possible and coordinate follow-up with service partners and internal teams through case closure
  • Share actionable feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience
  • Follow established procedures while delivering service that supports strong customer satisfaction
  • Develop lasting customer relationships by providing proactive, attentive assistance
  • Complete other duties assigned by management within the employment category and help implement, maintain, and continuously improve TDCX’s Quality Management System

Талаптар

  • Diploma, Advanced or Higher Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field
  • Around two years of relevant work experience is preferred, while fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Demonstrated time-management ability and motivation to surpass performance expectations
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette across pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation
  • Comfortable using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language used by the supported market
