- Prepare reports on user inquiries and complaints.
- Recommend solutions and process improvements, including ways to build customer loyalty.
- Gather data for reports on brand status, consumers, and relevant insights.
- Share reports and insights with the team or client.

- Two years of experience providing consumer support in a call center.
- Clear, agile communication and enthusiasm for working with people.
- Experience managing incidents in a CRM such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or another ticketing system is a plus.
- Ability to manage incidents using Salesforce or another ticketing system.
- Technical support knowledge covering browsers, cookies, and website issues.
- Experience making and receiving calls.
- Strong writing and spelling skills.
