  • Own client relationships as the main point of contact throughout each contract
  • Keep clients engaged and satisfied while ensuring consistently high service standards
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and within agreed SLAs
  • Develop account champions for case studies, references, and testimonials
  • Provide onboarding and embedding support tailored to customer goals
  • Run business reviews and create plans that strengthen engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty
  • Share customer feedback and insights with Product, Marketing, and Support
  • Interpret customer data to guide engagement and communications
  • Track account health and act on warning signs such as reduced usage or disengagement
  • Use data-led storytelling to persuade customers and internal stakeholders
  • Work with the Contract Manager on renewals and account expansion
  • Coordinate order approvals and finance queries with relevant support teams
  • Keep account documentation accurate and up to date
  • Stay informed about industry changes and product developments

Талаптар

  • Background in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable client-facing position, preferably in B2B or SaaS
  • Ability to use data to explain trends, identify patterns, and influence decisions
  • Proven success improving customer engagement or satisfaction
  • Proactive and capable approach to solving problems
  • Clear, confident communication with stakeholders inside and outside the business
  • Willingness to address challenging discussions about risk, cancellation, and customer concerns
  • Knowledge of Public Sector frameworks, procurement, or regulated environments is advantageous
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to respond effectively to change
  • Able to work from the London or Sheffield office at least twice each week
