Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Boston Hybrid

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Vista Higher Learning across professional, technical, operational, and leadership roles. Partner with hiring leaders to strengthen selection processes and candidate experience in a Boston hybrid position.

Description

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, operational, and leadership roles
  • Lead recruiting kickoffs and intake meetings to establish effective hiring strategies
  • Write job postings, source candidates, conduct outreach, and coordinate interviews and selection activities
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and long-term fit
  • Guide candidates through each hiring stage and maintain a positive candidate experience
  • Lead offer development, compensation discussions, and salary negotiations when appropriate
  • Maintain timely candidate communication, feedback, and dispositioning throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Oversee the process from candidate attraction through onboarding while representing the Vista Higher Learning brand
  • Advise hiring managers and leaders on business needs, team dynamics, role requirements, candidate assessments, and hiring decisions
  • Provide candidate insights and build alignment among stakeholders
  • Create interview frameworks, evaluation forms, scorecards, assessment methods, and competency-based interview practices
  • Advance consistency, fairness, and hiring quality across the organization
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on talent acquisition learning content, tools, and best-practice resources
  • Track recruiting metrics, pipelines, hiring outcomes, and process performance
  • Analyze recruiting trends and improve talent acquisition strategies and processes
  • Support and enhance applicant tracking system processes and workflows
  • Administer LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms and sourcing tools
  • Maintain data integrity and process consistency while complying with employment laws and regulations
  • Contribute to recruiting projects, employer branding efforts, and talent programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least five years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success leading full-cycle recruiting for varied professional roles in a dynamic, technology-oriented, growth-focused environment
  • Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and business leaders at multiple levels
  • Strong interviewing, talent assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities
  • Experience building structured hiring processes, interview guides, and evaluation tools
  • Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple searches concurrently
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting technology
  • Current residence in the United States within reasonable proximity to Boston
  • Availability to work in the Boston, Massachusetts office on Tuesdays and Thursdays under a hybrid schedule
  • Preferred experience recruiting in education technology, software, SaaS, publishing, technology, or language learning
  • Preferred experience recruiting for technical, product, engineering, data, or technology roles
  • Preferred experience using recruiting metrics and analytics
  • Preferred experience with Jobvite ATS
  • Preferred experience creating talent acquisition collateral, guides, and training
