- Lead account initiatives and manage process improvements at the client level
- Anticipate potential problems and take action to resolve them proactively
- Contribute to training and share relevant industry knowledge with colleagues
- Coach and support junior team members
Requirements
- At least 18 months of experience in CVS Health Pharmacy Account Management
- At least two years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and web applications
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Preferred: 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, health insurance, benefits, or a related field
- Preferred: Familiarity with the prescription benefit management industry
- Preferred: Experience using multiple intranet and extranet systems, CRM tools, or adjudication platforms
