  • Serve as the primary contact for clients on operational matters and maintain strong working relationships
  • Address client needs, resolve issues, and deliver responsive service to support customer satisfaction
  • Assess complex client challenges and create practical, efficient solutions
  • Direct client problem-solving initiatives while determining underlying causes
  • Handle client questions and escalations while coordinating communication with internal teams

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least 18 months of experience in CVS Health Pharmacy Account Management
  • At least two years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and web applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Preferred: 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, health insurance, benefits, or a related field
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the prescription benefit management industry
  • Preferred: Experience using multiple intranet and extranet systems, CRM tools, or adjudication platforms
