Senior IT Client Services Analyst at Cardinal Health

Provide onsite IT client services support for Cardinal Health’s medical distribution facilities, resolving hardware, software, network, warehouse technology, and end-user systems issues.

Description

  • Deliver Tier 1–3 virtual and onsite IT support for software, hardware, conference room, warehouse, server, network, and enterprise systems.
  • Resolve escalated incidents and user requests by coordinating with users, technology teams, vendors, and internal or external resources.
  • Educate and train users to support knowledge transfer and reduce recurring issues.
  • Own end-user productivity platforms and capabilities, including virtual environments, collaboration tools, warehouse device management, and service outage support.
  • Acquire, install, upgrade, configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and inventory workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, and other computing and telecommunications equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, account setup, and network configuration problems.
  • Resolve user tickets within documented service-level requirements.
  • Provide timely, accurate client updates and follow up to confirm systems are functioning.
  • Work with end users to align business requirements with appropriate technology solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple active issues.
  • Escalate unresolved problems to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Act as the primary support resource, including after-hours and weekend coverage when needed.
  • Travel periodically to support business initiatives.

Requirements

  • A two-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • More than four years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Windows 10 and 11, Citrix, Microsoft 365, AWS desktops, Android, and SOTI in multi-platform environments is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics, and troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of hardware builds, configuration, compatibility, upgrades, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and desktop security methods is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse technologies, including laser and Zebra printers, wearable or handheld terminals, and IWD/RF scanners, is preferred.
  • Understanding of basic network topology, Ethernet, wireless networking, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • A proactive, innovative, and creative approach to customer and enterprise needs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning abilities.
  • Understanding of project management principles and team dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Ability to provide support in person, by phone, or remotely.
  • Ability to provide after-hours and weekend support when required.
  • Periodic travel to support business initiatives is required.
