Senior Community Specialist

Unify customer communities across ServiceTitan, Aspire, and FieldRoutes while managing employee advocacy and data-informed engagement for a trades software platform.

Description

  • Manage content calendars for customer communities.
  • Create and source content for community channels and editorial plans.
  • Monitor customer communities and social channels, routing escalations to the right teams.
  • Identify and address gaps between separate community programs.
  • Share insights, playbooks, and effective practices across brands.
  • Track customer questions, issues, and recommendations, and relay them to relevant teams.
  • Build brand character and customer trust through community platforms.
  • Monitor conversations among trade services professionals to spot topics, trends, and risks.
  • Work with stakeholders to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
  • Gather, analyze, and share findings with internal stakeholders.
  • Refine internal workflows and promote a consistent customer experience.
  • Use social listening and analytics tools to connect community activity with company goals.
  • Stay current on products and industry developments across brands.
  • Enforce community guidelines and suggest improvements.
  • Run daily operations, source content, and enable employees for the Employee Advocacy program.
  • Regularly retrieve performance data for employee advocacy.
  • Work with stakeholders to increase employee participation and brand advocacy.
  • Assess engagement metrics and employee feedback to improve the program.
  • Coach junior colleagues when needed.

Requirements

  • Bring at least five years of experience in social media, community management, customer service, support, or marketing.
  • Work effectively across multiple brands, products, or audiences while attending to their distinct needs.
  • Have experience managing or contributing to an employee advocacy or ambassador program.
  • Know community platforms, page and group administration, and content calendar management.
  • Gainsight experience is strongly preferred.
  • Be familiar with Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Build cross-team and cross-brand networks, relationships, and partnerships.
  • Demonstrate excellent listening skills and empathy.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Use data to gather, synthesize, and act on community and social insights.
  • Prepare and present regular leadership reports on engagement, sentiment, and program results.
  • Adapt to a varied range of responsibilities.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and changing environment.
