Onsite Claro Customer Service Call Center Advisor

Description

  • Follow up with Claro customers previously assisted through the 123 customer service channel.
  • Explain applicable service benefits, promotions, and upgrades.
  • Join the Partner Service team and contribute to the company’s success.
  • Attend six days of training, Monday through Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Requirements

  • At least three months of call center experience.
  • Have your own computer or laptop.
  • Have a wired internet connection.
  • Education level: junior high school.
  • Less than one year of professional experience.
