Descriere
- Follow up with Claro customers previously assisted through the 123 customer service channel.
- Explain applicable service benefits, promotions, and upgrades.
- Join the Partner Service team and contribute to the company’s success.
- Attend six days of training, Monday through Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Cerințe
- At least three months of call center experience.
- Have your own computer or laptop.
- Have a wired internet connection.
- Education level: junior high school.
- Less than one year of professional experience.
