Manage high-volume collections and account reconciliations for Talent Group, a workforce and technology consulting business. Support timely cash flow, accurate reporting, and compliance with commercial processes.

Descriere

  • Collect cash against the debtors ledger.
  • Reconcile accounts promptly and resolve related queries.
  • Use technology and established processes to improve collection efficiency and accuracy.
  • Update the Credit Manager on collection progress and account status.
  • Process cash receipts and allocations, and complete daily bank reconciliations.
  • Investigate account issues, with particular focus on debts 60 or 90 days overdue.
  • Escalate issues to account managers and general managers when needed.
  • Resolve queries within agreed service level targets.
  • Log collection activity in financial systems.
  • Support weekly and monthly reporting and aged receivables analysis.
  • Respond to business requests and provide organisational support.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Develop and continuously improve processes and systems.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Address complex matters involving business development, technology changes, and regulatory updates.

Cerințe

  • At least two years of practical collections experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
  • Proficiency in accounts receivable reconciliations.
  • Commercial understanding and an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Staffing industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn, Fasttrack, Business Central, or comparable systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience with third-party payment platforms such as Fieldglass or Ariba is highly desirable.
