Description

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment through a telephone dialing system
  • Deliver attentive customer support to patients
  • Listen carefully and resolve patients’ equipment, service, and supply concerns
  • Process requests accurately and promptly
  • Explain the clinical importance of replacing supplies according to recommended and insurance-approved schedules
  • Create sales orders while verifying item details and patient demographics
  • Stay available by phone throughout the entire shift
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least two years of customer service experience
  • A strong customer-focused approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to work across multiple software platforms
  • Ability to manage tasks across CallShaper, SNAP, and Brightree
  • Self-directed, collaborative work style
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced professional setting
  • Ability to work independently while achieving assigned targets
  • A dedicated, quiet home office without distractions
  • Reliable high-speed home internet
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST
