Remote PAP Resupply Customer Service Agent at ACU-Serve
Provide phone-based customer service for patients receiving PAP supplies at ACU-Serve, a provider of DME, HME, and home infusion billing solutions. Support patient education, equipment and service inquiries, and supply orders.
Tavsif
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume environment through a telephone dialing system
- Deliver attentive customer support to patients
- Listen carefully and resolve patients’ equipment, service, and supply concerns
- Process requests accurately and promptly
- Explain the clinical importance of replacing supplies according to recommended and insurance-approved schedules
- Create sales orders while verifying item details and patient demographics
- Stay available by phone throughout the entire shift
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Talablar
- At least two years of customer service experience
- A strong customer-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to work across multiple software platforms
- Ability to manage tasks across CallShaper, SNAP, and Brightree
- Self-directed, collaborative work style
- Comfort working in a fast-paced professional setting
- Ability to work independently while achieving assigned targets
