Remote Customer Service Agent in Canada

Support hotel guests with reservations, changes, cancellations, and upgrades through Cloud5 Communications’ hospitality contact-center services. Work remotely from a compliant home workspace while delivering professional, sales-aware customer support.

Description

  • Handle guest questions by phone and email
  • Book, update, and cancel hotel reservations for customers
  • Present relevant upgrades, promotions, and services
  • Record customer details accurately across multiple reservation systems
  • Use approved call flows and sales procedures to achieve performance targets
  • Recognize booking opportunities, address objections, and complete sales
  • Stay informed about client promotions, services, and current offers
  • Represent the client brand with professionalism in every interaction
  • Operate softphone tools, email, web browsers, and internal platforms
  • Complete required training and keep procedures and expectations up to date
  • Take on additional duties as business needs require

Requirements

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication
  • Customer-first approach with flexibility to adapt the service style
  • Sales-minded approach and the ability to turn conversations into bookings preferred
  • Fluent English; Spanish-English bilingual ability is an asset
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-measured environment
  • Collaborative attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of basic computer applications and web tools, including Outlook and Microsoft 365
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada as a citizen or permanent resident
  • Dedicated, quiet, private home workspace with a door

  • High-speed internet connected directly to the modem; Wi-Fi and extenders are not accepted
