Remote Call Center Representative - Connecticut
Provide remote customer support for Gainwell Technologies’ healthcare services clients in Connecticut. Resolve inquiries, maintain account records, meet service targets, and coordinate with internal teams.
Description
- Respond to routine client questions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate staff
- Resolve client concerns, update account histories, and follow up to confirm satisfactory outcomes
- Meet client service-level agreements and established production goals
- Work with teammates, managers, and clients to address and resolve inquiries
- Train new team members on customer service procedures
- Assess procedures and workflows, recommending improvements that increase inquiry-processing efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- At least two years of customer service experience in any industry
- Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on resolving inquiries effectively
- Excellent written and verbal customer service communication skills
- Ability to understand team responsibilities and engage the appropriate stakeholders when resolving client inquiries
