Principal AI Transformation Lead - Prosci, Canada Remote

Lead enterprise AI transformation consulting at Prosci through executive advisory, client delivery, AI prototyping, and account growth. Sell and deliver organizational change programs while developing strategic client relationships.

Description

  • Own a bookings target and manage the business generated through the role
  • Advise CHROs, COOs, and transformation leaders as a trusted partner
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial meeting through qualification, scoping, pricing, and proposal
  • Generate pipeline through speaking engagements, thought leadership, and outreach to named target accounts
  • Identify AI transformation opportunities within existing Prosci accounts in partnership with Prosci sales teams
  • Use certification, Membership, and practitioner relationships to initiate organizational conversations
  • Understand each client’s business, challenges, and change history, then frame solutions in the client’s language
  • Lead role-originated engagements as Prosci’s senior representative and primary client contact
  • Facilitate AI integration workshops and executive briefings
  • Analyze team workflows, identify how AI will change work, and create an initial working prototype in the client environment
  • Lead the people side of transformation using the Prosci Methodology and ADKAR® Model
  • Expand accounts from initial team engagements into additional business functions
  • Convert completed engagements into recurring coaching and expert-access revenue
  • Define the scope of larger work-redesign engagements
  • Manage six to ten accounts while maintaining their commercial health
  • Oversee technical delivery through certified delivery partners
  • Create an initial agent, evaluate vendor claims, and refer production-ready work to partners
  • Manage KPIs including originated bookings, bookings attainment, recurring revenue, delivery margin, and client NPS
  • Win new accounts, expand into a second function during the first year, and document the sales and delivery process

Requirements

  • Experience selling six- and seven-figure professional services to executive buyers, including pricing, proposals, and deal structuring
  • Experience building pipeline through speaking, outreach, and expansion of existing accounts alongside an established sales team
  • Ability to facilitate executive and team workshops and lead the people side of organizational change
  • Practical experience using enterprise AI assistants and agent tools, sufficient to create an initial prototype and scope a build
  • At least seven years in consulting, professional services, or agency environments where senior professionals sell and deliver work
  • Demonstrated success winning and closing consulting or advisory engagements against a target, including expansion within an existing customer base alongside an established sales team
  • Experience leading AI, digital, or business transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience building with current AI models and agent tools, with prototypes or workflows available for discussion
  • Background in change management or transformation is strongly preferred
  • Prosci certification is valued but is not required at hire
  • Ability to understand rates, margins, and acquisition costs and structure work that withstands P&L review
  • Ability to manage six to ten accounts and partner workstreams concurrently
  • Ability to co-sell with core sellers without competing for credit
  • Ability to explain complex offerings to executives without AI or change management expertise
