Junior Customer Experience Analyst

Description

  • Review and categorize daily student complaints submitted through Reclame Aqui by topic, urgency, severity, and impact.
  • Investigate complaints by reviewing service histories, gathering information, and checking for inconsistencies.
  • Contact students to acknowledge concerns, clarify needs, and explain next steps.
  • Write clear, empathetic public replies and private messages that follow institutional policies and protect personal and sensitive data.
  • Coordinate with responsible teams, track referrals, and follow up until cases are resolved.
  • Manage open complaints, monitoring pending actions, owners, wait times, and next steps.
  • Flag stalled cases, potential delays, and decision dependencies, and take preventive action.
  • Track response and resolution deadlines and keep students updated.
  • Document interactions, analyses, and actions in institutional systems to maintain complete, traceable records.
  • Prioritize and escalate critical or recurring cases and blockers, involving leadership when needed.
  • Review ratings and feedback after responses to identify unresolved concerns and opportunities to restore the customer experience.
  • Investigate recurring complaint causes and recommend internal process improvements.
  • Help consolidate information, prepare reports, and track service and channel reputation metrics.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Service Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in customer service, customer relations, support centers, ombudsman offices, or similar work.
  • Basic proficiency with Excel or comparable tools.
  • Familiarity with customer service and request-tracking systems.
  • Available to work in a hybrid arrangement in Belo Horizonte or São Paulo, Brazil.
