Digital Experience Manager – 8-Month Fixed-Term Contract, UK Remote

Lead AI-ready, accessible digital banking experiences for a UK bank. Own platform roadmaps, customer journeys and agentic capabilities during an eight-month contract.

Description

  • Own the development and delivery of digital experiences, capabilities and releases that make customer journeys simpler and more engaging.
  • Partner with multidisciplinary Agile teams to uncover opportunities and deliver measurable improvements for customers.
  • Advance digital experiences through AI readiness, technical optimisation, search visibility and accessibility improvements.
  • Set and prioritise roadmaps covering platforms, discoverability, accessibility and agentic capabilities.
  • Track competitor activity, market developments and emerging technologies.
  • Coordinate roadmaps, priorities and dependencies across teams.
  • Plan and conduct research to gather customer feedback, understand needs and address pain points.
  • Promote technical quality and platform integrity through governance, structured content and reusable capabilities.
  • Help develop future-ready digital experiences across channels, propositions, products and services.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success leading complex digital change across products, customer journeys and platforms.
  • Ability to take complex initiatives from discovery to implementation while managing dependencies, risks and competing priorities across multiple teams.
  • Experience with generative AI, conversational interfaces and AI-ready content, including principles for effective agent-mediated interactions.
  • Strong knowledge of digital customer journeys, platform optimisation, Adobe Experience Manager, analytics and performance measurement.
  • Ability to assess technical performance data such as site speed, Core Web Vitals, tagging, content structure and post-release results.
  • Solid understanding of digital accessibility, technical SEO and structured content.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives and technical constraints.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and creating alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to turn emerging technologies and digital opportunities into practical, customer-focused solutions.
