Customer Support Agent – Orlando, FL (On-Site)

Support Acorn Stairlifts customers and dealers with technical questions, service scheduling, warranty assistance, and RMA processing. This full-time, on-site role is based in Orlando, Florida.

Description

  • Handle customer and dealer inquiries as their primary contact
  • Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Offer basic technical help and escalate complex issues
  • Record customer interactions and prepare incident reports
  • Confirm service visits and coordinate daily schedules
  • Help customers order parts and arrange service calls
  • Check warranty coverage and assist with invoicing or collections
  • Spot recurring service problems and escalate them as needed
  • Process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs)
  • Reply to support requests by phone and email
  • Observe company safety, security, and operating procedures

Requirements

  • Strong phone skills suited to customer service work
  • Mechanical aptitude is helpful
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows
  • Strong typing ability
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • Customer-focused approach and attentive listening
  • Professional handling of challenging situations
  • Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Collaborative and adaptable
