Description

  • Contribute to projects for large companies and public-sector clients as part of their teams
  • Take ownership of a defined area of work
  • Develop full-stack applications for enterprise and regulated environments
  • Contribute to architectural decisions
  • Use Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor to generate, review, and refactor code
  • Review code and provide technical guidance to teammates
  • Work with Product Owners, UX, and DevOps

Requirements

  • Bring senior-level experience and the ability to work independently from day one
  • Build with Java 17 or later and Spring Boot, including microservices and Domain-Driven Design
  • Work with REST APIs and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
  • Use Docker and Kubernetes
  • Apply test-driven development with JUnit
  • Use Apache Kafka for asynchronous communication
  • Work with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, Git, and agile methods
  • Develop with Angular and TypeScript
  • Use Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor productively
  • Be effective across backend and frontend development and able to learn new technology stacks quickly
  • Experience with Kotlin, Camunda and BPMN, AWS or Azure, JPA/Hibernate, Grafana and Prometheus, Jest, Playwright, Cypress, BITV 2.0 or WCAG AA accessibility, or DevSecOps and Security by Design is advantageous but not required
  • Experience in enterprise, regulated, public-sector, or mid-sized business settings is a strong advantage
