- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
- Analyze data needs and translate them into smart, scalable data products
- Deliver client implementations and independently gather requirements
- Help clients use reports effectively
- Provide training when needed
- Work with data engineers and analysts, both internally and at client organizations
- Identify opportunities for improvement and keep up with BI trends
- Engage stakeholders, build support, and encourage participation in data-driven working
- Support social-sector organizations in their data-driven transformation
Requirements
- HBO or WO level of education and professional thinking
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, data visualization, and modeling
- Experience with data modeling and data visualization
- Familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Fluent spoken and written Dutch
- Curious, eager to learn, and proactive
- Able to work independently and take responsibility
