Description

  • Create layouts and designs for proposals and client relationship materials.
  • Identify the core messages in client and pitch opportunities.
  • Develop polished design options that follow corporate identity guidelines.
  • Guide and train colleagues in the correct use of templates and visual assets.
  • Prepare standard visual content for proposal management systems.
  • Track emerging design methods, including AI tools, and recommend new approaches.
  • Assess requests from business development teams and lawyers.
  • Manage projects from concept to production, communicating scope and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work with people at all levels of the organization
  • Creative and artistic ability to develop visuals, graphics, layouts, and templates
  • Technical skills to deliver digital and print projects end to end
  • Experience using digital publishing tools to produce EPUBs and interactive PDFs
  • Design and production experience in a professional services organization
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design
