Customer Success Associate at AiGent Energy (US Remote)

Support customer onboarding for AiGent Energy’s distributed-generation software platform. Coordinate kickoff calls, site tracking, dispatch communications, and issue resolution.

Description

  • Manage the Sales-to-Customer Success handoff and follow up on outstanding information.
  • Plan and lead customer kickoff calls with the standard presentation deck.
  • Gather site, generator, and contact information and pursue completion of missing details.
  • Monitor sites from kickoff through go-live while coordinating updates among customers, field engineers, and the AiGent team.
  • Communicate with customers about dispatch events, testing, and market programs.
  • Support the dispatch lead with customer outreach during events.
  • Review site health alerts and coordinate follow-up through resolution.
  • Respond to routine customer questions and route issues to the appropriate teammate.
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot records, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Recommend updates to onboarding checklists and customer-facing materials.
  • Build knowledge of MISO and PJM grid programs and wholesale markets, generator and site fundamentals, customer kickoffs, the AiGent platform, onboarding, and dispatch workflows.

Requirements

  • At least one year of customer-facing experience in customer success, account management, client services, or project coordination; relevant internships, coursework, or volunteer experience also qualify.
  • Communicate clearly and warmly with customers by phone and in writing.
  • Stay organized while managing multiple customers, tasks, and details simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate dependable follow-through.
  • Learn technical and market-related topics quickly and with curiosity.
  • Be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Work hours that align primarily with customers in the Eastern and Central time zones.
  • Be available for dispatch events, including occasional work outside standard business hours.
  • Interest in or exposure to energy, climate, or utilities is preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is preferred.
  • Experience in a startup or rapidly growing team is preferred.
