Description
- Oversee customer orders and delivery commitments
- Record and confirm orders based on customer needs, agreements, and service-level requirements
- Recommend suitable product alternatives when items are discontinued or unavailable
- Plan and coordinate deliveries with customers and relevant partners
- Track the customer order portfolio through completion
- Work with partners to maintain on-time delivery and service commitments
- Notify customers proactively about delays, disruptions, or service failures and help resolve them
- Keep customers informed and provide timely follow-up
- Record, assess, and resolve customer questions and claims
- Follow up with customers through resolution and confirm closure
- Conduct basic root-cause analysis and put corrective measures in place
- Escalate recurring issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution
- Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Follow applicable standards, procedures, internal controls, and embargo requirements
- Help improve working methods and customer satisfaction continuously
