Client Success Representative (Remote, United States)

Support Broadridge clients through onboarding, training, relationship management, and ongoing product adoption. This full-time remote role focuses on customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell performance.

Description

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing questions and concerns through phone, email, and video.
  • Lead new-client onboarding from initiation through completion, providing further training when required.
  • Work with the Client Success team to help reduce customer churn.
  • Show clients how to realize product value, monitor engagement metrics, and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Promote customer satisfaction through responsive service and high-quality onboarding and training.
  • Partner with customers on strategies that support their goals and maximize product value.
  • Collect customer feedback and share it with internal teams to inform product improvements and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Establish and sustain strong relationships with clients.
  • Build advanced knowledge of the platform and its products.
  • Provide an excellent client experience throughout the onboarding process.
  • Meet or surpass customer retention and upsell goals.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Two to three years of customer service experience is preferred, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and work quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and respond to clients within reasonable time frames.
  • Willingness to adapt to change and continue learning.
  • Ability to build positive, professional business relationships with clients.
  • Ability to learn software solutions quickly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Outlook, JIRA, Confluence, and ChurnZero is preferred.
