Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers
  • Create and deliver strategies for acquiring and expanding client accounts
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing team members while sustaining strong talent standards
  • Improve Client Solutions processes, policies, and operating practices
  • Shape growth initiatives and lead related projects through execution
  • Act as the primary initial contact for clients
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to convert client insights into product enhancements

Requirements

  • Three to five years of professional experience in customer-facing positions
  • One to two years leading a client-facing team
  • Previous experience managing client-facing teams in enterprise business development or customer success
  • Strong interest in training, coaching, and developing talent
  • Results-oriented mindset with the creativity to uncover new growth opportunities
