Description
- Manage, investigate, communicate about, and resolve post-conversion client help desk tickets
- Respond to client calls with direct solutions or appropriate escalation
- Maintain broad KeyStone product knowledge and deep expertise in the assigned specialty
- Provide rotating after-hours support to clients
- Resolve client issues promptly or escalate them when necessary
- Document client requests and resolutions in the Help Desk system
- Demonstrate system functionality and discuss it with clients at a high level
- Document resolved issues in the Help Desk Knowledge Base
- Help clients prepare for system releases and product changes
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, plus some college coursework in a related field
- Three to twelve months of customer service experience, preferably with or for credit unions
- Experience providing back-office support
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting peripheral devices
- Experience with network troubleshooting
- Desktop support or help desk experience
- Familiarity with card networks, card plastics, and ATMs
- Availability for rotating after-hours client support
