Client Account Manager, System Venues — Ticketmaster, London (On-site)

Manage venue and promoter accounts for Ticketmaster UK in London. Support event launches, ticket inventory, client systems, reporting, and venue box-office operations.

Description

  • Manage daily relationships with venue and promoter clients
  • Provide client-system support and resolve account queries
  • Assess client needs to identify business opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Maintain client records and deal sheets, including contract details and service charges
  • Control ticket inventory to maximize retail performance
  • Lead and support event on-sales, including attendance throughout the designated sales period
  • Keep event information accurate and available across contact-centre, IVR, and e-commerce channels
  • Alert internal teams to cancelled or changed events and help identify affected customers
  • Work with Sales, Client Marketing, Event Programming, Customer Service, and Event Operations
  • Share clear event information with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle incoming client communications within agreed service levels
  • Prepare weekly reports on client sales activity
  • Plan and run event-day box offices at venue and greenfield locations
  • Uphold strong customer service standards
  • Work shifts and take on flexible duties when required
  • Support team administration and ongoing performance improvement
  • Follow company policies, including health and safety requirements
  • Keep the workplace clean, organized, safe, and secure
  • Represent the company at functions, events, and public-relations visits
  • Complete other relevant duties assigned by the line manager or a company director

Requirements

  • Proficiency with IT tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook on Windows
  • Demonstrated experience in the ticketing sector
  • Familiarity with Ticketmaster systems is preferred
  • Self-motivated, conscientious, and dependable approach
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service abilities
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and perform duties at different locations
  • Capacity to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Calm, patient, and professional approach
  • Confident telephone communication style
  • Comfortable interacting with members of the public in person
  • Well-organized with close attention to detail
