Technical Analyst – Microsoft Service Desk (Hybrid Canada)
Provide Tier 1 service desk support for Bulletproof’s Microsoft-based managed services in a hybrid Canada role. Resolve user issues, manage tickets, and support LAN, desktop, and server environments.

- Handle incoming technical and customer service calls
- Respond to emails about technical issues
- Deliver timely first-line technical and customer support across related business functions
- Support LAN, desktop, and server devices
- Maintain enterprise Microsoft environments
- Create and track tickets in service desk software
- Act as the primary client contact across phone, email, messaging, and support portals
- Manage multiple daily tickets while prioritizing changing workloads
- Escalate complex incidents to specialized technical teams as needed
- Collaborate with the Managed Services team
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring 2–3 years of experience in a comparable technical support role
- Hold a college certificate or diploma in information technology, or offer relevant experience and industry certification
- Show enthusiasm for IT and a commitment to continued learning
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office applications
- Communicate clearly and build effective interpersonal relationships
- Provide professional telephone support with a strong customer service focus
- Work independently with limited supervision while managing competing tasks and shifting priorities
- ITIL process knowledge is an asset
- Be available to work 8 AM–5 PM AST, with reasonable-notice shift work when needed
