- Counsel executive leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent, and employee matters.
- Convert business priorities into measurable people programs and initiatives.
- Lead, develop, and resource the HR leadership team while managing budgets.
- Create and advance talent management and succession planning frameworks.
- Work with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to prioritize hiring and workforce capacity.
- Direct performance management, employee relations, investigations, engagement, retention, compensation, benefits, HR operations, and compliance.
- Define HR policies, procedures, governance, systems, reporting, and workforce data practices.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, business, finance, training, and operations leadership.
- Guide people initiatives for organizational change, expansion, and operational transformation.
- Use technology, automation, and continuous improvement to strengthen HR processes and service delivery.
- Apply consistent HR standards while adapting to local markets and operating-team requirements.

- Progressive HR leadership experience, including senior executive responsibility in BPO, contact center, customer experience, shared services, or another labor-intensive service environment.
- Experience supporting a large, geographically distributed workforce across multiple sites or business units.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
- Background managing workforce challenges in high-volume, fast-paced environments, including retention, engagement, and leadership development.
- Ability to advise senior executives and connect people strategies with business and financial priorities.
- Experience leading and developing HR teams and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations practices across supported markets.
- Ability to analyze workforce metrics and turn findings into practical business actions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and change leadership abilities.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
- Preferred: Experience supporting multinational BPO or customer experience operations.
- Preferred: Experience leading HR transformation, implementing HR technology, or improving shared services.
- Preferred: Experience supporting expansion, restructuring, or acquisition integration.
- Preferred: Professional HR certification or an advanced degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
