- ग्राहक पूछताछ का आकलन करें और अतिरिक्त विशेषज्ञता आवश्यक होने पर मामलों को आगे भेजें
- हर दिन लंबित ग्राहक समस्याओं की समीक्षा करें और आगे भेजे गए मामलों पर अपडेट साझा करें
- ग्राहकों को उत्पादों के उपयोग, सहायता वेबसाइटों और ऑनलाइन मंचों के बारे में मार्गदर्शन दें
- साझा उद्देश्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए संगठन की विभिन्न टीमों के साथ सहयोग करें

- इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स में एप्लाइड साइंस की एसोसिएट डिग्री
- सेमीकंडक्टर उपकरणों की कार्यप्रणाली का गहन ज्ञान और मल्टीमीडिया, पावर, कनेक्टिविटी तथा सेंसिंग तकनीकों सहित योजनाचित्रों और डेटाशीटों की व्याख्या करने की क्षमता
- तकनीकी पूछताछ का मूल्यांकन और अर्थ समझने की मजबूत विश्लेषणात्मक क्षमता
- सभी स्तरों के आंतरिक और बाहरी लोगों के साथ काम करने के लिए प्रभावी मौखिक और लिखित संचार कौशल
- ईमेल, रिपोर्ट और मौखिक संचार के माध्यम से विभिन्न श्रोताओं को उत्पाद सेवा संबंधी विषय समझाने की क्षमता
- तकनीकी उत्पाद जानकारी की व्याख्या, सरलीकरण और स्पष्ट रूप से समझाने की क्षमता
