  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of restaurants throughout their relationship with the platform.
  • Coordinate onboarding, including menu and table setup, launch, and processing the first order.
  • Train customers on the platform’s available features.
  • Answer questions, handle complaints, and track issues through resolution.
  • Maintain proactive communication to identify needs and improve the customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional products to each restaurant.
  • Organize account follow-ups and recommend improvements to customer service processes.
  • Support customers from implementation through daily platform use and adoption of new restaurant solutions.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least three years of experience in customer success, customer service, support, call centers, or guest-facing roles in restaurants or hospitality.
  • Native Spanish proficiency with strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Able to remain composed in difficult situations and handle complaints with patience and sound judgment.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.
  • Proactive, motivated, and willing to engage in the daily work of a startup.
  • Interest in the restaurant industry and in a long-term collaboration.
  • Personal computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Available Monday through Friday from 13:00 to 22:00 Central European Time, including a one-hour break.
  • Restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems such as Glop, Revo, or Ágora are valued.
  • English, a specific degree, and programming knowledge are not required.
