- Manage day-to-day customer requests through phone, chat, and email
- Communicate clearly and empathetically in both Spanish and English
- Explain financial terminology in an accessible way
- Apply Kiwi policies and applicable compliance requirements
- Resolve customer issues during the first interaction whenever possible
- Record each customer case accurately
- Coordinate with agents and internal departments to maintain strong service quality
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least two years of experience in a BPO, call center, or comparable customer-facing position
- Native Spanish and fluent written and spoken English
- Experience with Zendesk, Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, and other support platforms; able to work across multiple systems simultaneously
- Working knowledge of interest rates, credit scores, loan terms, days past due, and related financial concepts
- Availability for early or late shifts and rotating weekends
- Advanced conversational English proficiency
- Prior financial-industry experience, as required by the application form
- Zendesk experience, as required by the application form
