Bilingual Collections Specialist (English/Spanish) - Remote
Manage delinquent-account conversations, payment negotiations, and compliant account resolution in English and Spanish. Serve customers in Mexico and Colombia while maintaining accurate records and professional follow-up.

- Manage inbound and outbound collections calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Reach out to customers about delinquent accounts and pursue suitable resolutions
- Arrange payment plans within established guidelines
- Respond professionally to objections, resistance, and challenging conversations
- Follow up with customers consistently and appropriately
- Record account discussions, payment arrangements, and status updates accurately
- Apply all relevant collections policies and compliance standards
- Safeguard customer confidentiality and sensitive account information
- Pursue individual and team collections performance goals
- Provide a professional customer experience throughout the resolution process
- Complete the resume review, pre-screen questionnaire, one-way video interview, and live interview stages
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least one year of BPO, contact center, or professional collections experience
- Background handling inbound and outbound collections calls
- Experience managing delinquent or past-due accounts
- Experience negotiating payment plans or resolving unpaid balances
- Knowledge of the FDCPA and U.S. collections compliance requirements
- Fluent written and verbal English communication
- Fluent written and verbal Spanish communication
- Experience working toward individual or team collections KPIs
- Third-party collections experience is preferred
- Prior remote or work-from-home experience is preferred
- Permanent residence in Mexico or Colombia is required
- A Windows 11 PC is required; Mac computers are not supported
- At least 16 GB of RAM
