IT Support Technician – Remote Philippines

Provide remote technical support and ticket management for cloud, server, Microsoft 365, and Citrix environments. Assist customers by phone and email while resolving issues efficiently and maintaining service satisfaction.

Tavsif

  • Act as the primary contact for customers requesting technical support by phone or email
  • Troubleshoot hardware and application issues remotely using diagnostic methods and targeted questions
  • Identify appropriate solutions based on customer-reported issues and available details
  • Guide customers through each step of the troubleshooting and resolution process
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate next-level support team
  • Provide accurate guidance about IT products and services
  • Document incidents, problems, and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Manage customer tickets and coordinate team resources to meet satisfaction and ticket-performance targets
  • Collaborate with end users to deploy solutions for cloud platforms and infrastructure
  • Support Microsoft 365, Citrix, cloud, and server-based enterprise products from a help desk function

Talablar

  • At least three years of full-time experience in a technology solutions environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of office automation tools, databases, and remote-control software
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and related technical products
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced work environment
  • Preferred experience with Windows desktop operating systems, including Windows 11
  • Preferred user-level experience with Microsoft 365 applications such as Word and Excel
  • Preferred system administration experience with Azure, Admin Portal, Microsoft 365 Admin, SCCM, Intune, virtual technologies, Citrix, Azure AD, and Company Portal
  • Preferred basic networking and command-line skills
  • PowerShell knowledge is desirable but not required
  • Microsoft MCP Windows 11, Microsoft MCP Office 365, CompTIA A+, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent experience is desirable but not required
