  • Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls
  • Resolve insurance issues such as missing documents, cancelled policies, coverage differences, and payment concerns
  • Reach out to insurance providers to confirm policy details and collect required documents
  • Clarify insurance requirements and explain the steps customers need to take
  • Record customer conversations and account updates in internal systems
  • Leave courteous, scripted messages when customers or insurance contacts cannot be reached
  • Adhere to procedures, compliance rules, and quality expectations
  • Meet targets for productivity, attendance, and performance
  • Deliver a consistently helpful and professional customer experience
  • Complete classroom instruction, system training, job shadowing, supervised calls, and continued coaching

Talablar

  • Fluent in spoken and written French and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Able to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Positive outlook and professional phone manner
  • Consistent employment history
  • Call center experience is preferred
  • Experience managing a high volume of calls is preferred
  • Background in customer support or service is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM or web-based systems is preferred
  • Financial services or insurance experience is preferred
  • Experience using scripts and working to performance metrics is preferred
  • Must pass a training assessment to move into the assigned schedule
