Tavsif

  • Act as the liaison among National Sales customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
  • Process incoming customer orders.
  • Evaluate and respond to customer inquiries received by phone or in writing.
  • Follow established guidelines to meet service agreements and customer, policy, profitability, and quality standards.
  • Provide coverage for Sales Coordinator responsibilities.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to share product and service information, take orders, and document complaint details.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve customer service and billing complaints, and confirm that corrective actions are completed.
  • Address inquiries, communicate claim outcomes and planned adjustments, and escalate unresolved complaints.
  • Review available information to determine complaint validity and likely causes.
  • Arrange same-day deliveries and pickups, including processing pickup requests.
  • Address delivery and routing questions or problems.
  • Respond to product questions and inform customers about additional services or products.
  • Compare disputed merchandise with requisitions and invoices, and prepare invoices for returned goods.
  • Notify customers affected by product recalls or withdrawals.
  • Suggest improvements to products, shipping, service, billing methods, and related procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Distribution, Support, and external customers.

Talablar

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least three years of customer service call center experience is required.
  • Food service distribution experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook is required.
  • CRM and phone technology experience preferred.
  • Applicants must live within 50 miles of a US Foods distribution center, regardless of region.
  • Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PT; schedule may change according to business needs.
