Senior Executive, Workforce Management Scheduling

Opis
- Schedule frontline staff in IEX Workforce Management and support adherence to service level agreements
- Build schedules from historical data and work with stakeholders to address changing demand
- Create and maintain reports from CMS and IEX data using Excel and Power BI
- Analyze data to inform operational decisions
- Track real-time schedule adherence and adjust resource allocation
- Review scheduling processes, identify efficiency improvements, and apply best practices
- Coordinate with operations teams to support business objectives
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree; a degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field is an advantage
- 3–4 years of experience in workforce management
- Demonstrated experience with IEX Workforce Management
- Strong analytical ability
- Familiarity with Avaya CMS is an advantage
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Careful attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, IEX, and Erlang methodology
- Power BI experience is an advantage
