  • Provide Tier 1 support to administrators and enterprise partners during business hours
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues by phone, web tools, and email
  • Guide customers on product use and resolve system-specific issues
  • Manage product escalations and coordinate with customers and tiered support teams
  • Help customers with installations and configuration as needed
  • Work with customers through complex system-level escalations and resolutions

Zahteve

  • Experience in technical support or helpdesk work, gained during an industrial placement or after graduation, and experience or knowledge of email systems and networking
  • Experience analyzing and resolving software problems
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally across channels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment requiring critical thinking and strong problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and cooperate with team members
  • Linux experience is beneficial
