Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for Proofpoint cybersecurity products, supporting enterprise customers in Australia. Handle email and networking issues, escalations, installations, and product configuration.
Description
- Provide Tier 1 support to administrators and enterprise partners during business hours
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues by phone, web tools, and email
- Guide customers on product use and resolve system-specific issues
- Manage product escalations and coordinate with customers and tiered support teams
- Help customers with installations and configuration as needed
- Work with customers through complex system-level escalations and resolutions
Requirements
- Experience in technical support or helpdesk work, gained during an industrial placement or after graduation, and experience or knowledge of email systems and networking
- Experience analyzing and resolving software problems
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally across channels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment requiring critical thinking and strong problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and cooperate with team members
- Linux experience is beneficial
