Descriere

  • Troubleshoot product issues hands-on, explain features, and recommend effective usage practices
  • Assist customers, partners, and colleagues in a fast-paced support environment
  • Install, modify, and perform minor repairs on computer hardware and software
  • Resolve internal technical tickets and investigate related process issues
  • Assess users' hardware and software needs and recommend suitable options
  • Review technical applications and suggest ways to improve system capabilities
  • Test new programs for compatibility with existing hardware and software
  • Validate program objectives and specifications through testing and iterative modifications
  • Assess vendor-provided software for compatibility with current systems and applications
  • Install the software and applications required for operational workflows
  • Train users with videos, manuals, and digital guides, often in collaboration with technical writers
  • Maintain reliable system functionality
  • Tune software, network, and database performance
  • Record hardware and software updates
  • Create user reference materials and operating instructions
  • Stay informed about technical developments through workshops, publications, and professional associations
  • Support team members in achieving program objectives

Cerințe

  • At least two years of technical support experience, preferably assisting customers by email and chat
  • Experience installing software and programs on computers or mobile phones
  • Technical ability to troubleshoot bugs and resourcefulness in developing solutions
  • Intermediate knowledge of web-based and mobile applications
  • Availability for US business hours and weekends, with flexibility to meet operational needs
  • Native or near-native written and spoken English with excellent grammatical accuracy
  • Ability to manage escalated issues
  • Basic familiarity with real estate terminology and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely as part of a team with limited direction
  • Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage high volumes of customer interactions
  • Strong conflict-resolution skills and close attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate multiple resources and troubleshoot independently
