Remote Partner Support Specialist, South Africa
Onboard and support SaaS clients in South Africa, guiding them through platform use and resolving service issues. Build client relationships, track concerns to resolution, and work with internal teams to support renewals.
Descriere
- Guide new clients through kickoff calls, platform walkthroughs, training, and Q&A.
- Act as clients’ primary contact after launch.
- Monitor adoption and spot emerging client issues.
- Respond promptly when clients are blocked, frustrated, or need urgent help.
- Handle challenging conversations with clients.
- Resolve workflow, platform, and process problems.
- Use diagnostic questions to find the underlying causes of issues.
- Turn client concerns into actionable information for Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Follow open issues through to resolution.
- Collect client feedback and flag recurring problems.
- Strengthen processes, documentation, and client success playbooks.
- Work with Sales to identify renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities.
- Juggle client conversations, projects, and competing priorities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Engineering.
Cerințe
- At least two years’ experience in SaaS Customer Success, Partner Success, Implementation, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience onboarding customers and leading remote demos, walkthroughs, or training.
- Comfort using software platforms and quickly learning new technical workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and distinguish symptoms from root causes.
- Confidence communicating with clients at different levels.
- Ability to stay calm and professional with frustrated or demanding clients.
- Takes ownership and acts without waiting for direction.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, or client issues at once.
- Proactive approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build trust quickly and handle difficult conversations.
- Submit resumes in English.
