Descriere

  • Act as the primary customer contact by phone and email for product-related questions
  • Assist Amazon customers with Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-Z claims, and return requests
  • Resolve order, return, and technical issues promptly and professionally
  • Work closely with logistics, returns, and customer support teams
  • Keep the ticketing system current and record customer inquiries accurately
  • Suggest practical ideas for improving the customer experience
  • Work 40 hours per week from October through March, then 20 to 40 hours per week during summer on a mutually agreed flexible schedule

Cerințe

  • Native-level German proficiency in both speaking and writing
  • Previous experience in Amazon customer service
  • Working knowledge of Seller Central, Buyer-Seller Messaging, A-to-Z claims, and return processing
  • Experience providing customer support by telephone
  • Previous experience working from home
  • A quiet home environment suitable for making calls
  • Availability for 40 hours per week from October through March and 20 to 40 hours per week in summer by agreement
  • Your latest vocational training or degree program must have ended at least two years ago; no formal training or degree is required
  • A friendly, helpful, and patient manner, including under pressure
  • Strong ability to identify and solve customer problems
  • Reliable, self-directed work habits
  • Basic familiarity with sporting equipment is an advantage
  • Comfort using laptops, tablets, and smartphones
