Descriere

  • Support data operations for fundraising and business applications
  • Process scheduled acknowledgments from 7:30 AM ET on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Review and remediate duplicate records
  • Complete approved bulk uploads, imports, and data maintenance tasks
  • Merge constituent and organizational records
  • Deliver recurring operational work within established service levels
  • Keep operational logs and supporting documentation current
  • Escalate exceptions, risks, and unresolved matters
  • Perform routine data cleanup, validation, reconciliation, and remediation
  • Track recurring data quality problems and propose corrective actions
  • Test and develop programming- and AI-based approaches to data quality and duplicate resolution
  • Handle ServiceNow requests and user inquiries
  • Guide users through system navigation, reporting, and standard procedures
  • Resolve routine support issues using documented processes
  • Develop and maintain user guides, job aids, FAQs, and knowledge articles
  • Review recurring support requests and record effective solutions
  • Help communicate and drive adoption of system changes and enhancements
  • Find ways to make support processes more efficient
  • Help test and validate system enhancements
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives
  • Support data quality, user support, and system adoption projects
  • Relay user feedback to strengthen systems and processes

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two to five years of experience in fundraising or marketing operations, customer support, data management, CRM support, or business systems support
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to balance recurring operational duties with user support needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across functions
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical audiences
  • English language proficiency required
  • Legally authorized to work in the location where the role is performed
  • Experience with CRM, fundraising, MarTech, or constituent management platforms
  • Experience with Clearview CRM, Springboard by Jackson River, EveryAction, MobileCommons, DonorDrive, or Salesforce NPSP
  • Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing platform
  • Experience with data imports, record maintenance, or duplicate management
  • Experience producing documentation, job aids, and user guides
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, or AI/prompt engineering
