Customer-Facing Implementation Engineer

Lead API integrations and enterprise onboarding for Chargeflow’s AI-powered chargeback and fraud platform. Manage customer implementations from contract signing through go-live in a hybrid role in Modi’in, Israel.

Descriere

  • Lead the technical work for customer implementations
  • Troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, and data flows
  • Resolve integration issues before involving Engineering
  • Guide enterprise customers from contract signing through go-live and initial value
  • Act as the primary contact for customers
  • Manage implementation plans, schedules, milestones, and risks across multiple customers
  • Lead discussions with technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Support complex SMB integrations and escalate onboarding blockers
  • Integrate with Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Adyen, and other payment providers
  • Turn recurring integration issues into better documentation, tools, and automation
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success
  • Share customer and implementation insights with the product team

Cerințe

  • At least 3 years in a technical, customer-facing SaaS role such as Implementation Engineering, Integrations, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Technical Onboarding — required
  • Practical experience with API-based integrations, including APIs, webhooks, and data flows — required
  • Experience diagnosing integration issues and explaining their causes and solutions — required
  • Experience guiding enterprise or strategic customers from kickoff to go-live — required
  • Ability to manage multiple implementations at once and align customers with internal teams — required
  • Confidence leading discussions with executive stakeholders — required
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, chargebacks, or eCommerce — preferred
  • Familiarity with Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Adyen — preferred
  • Familiarity with Postman, SQL, or log analysis — preferred
  • Experience creating scripts or automations to reduce manual onboarding work — preferred
